2025-26 Exchange – Key Dates

Sept 16, 7 PM: Informational meeting for students and parents interested in Long- or Short-Term Exchange Programs. Location – Waupaca High School Library.  

The Preliminary Application can be completed online, or a hard copy is available in WHS Guidance Office.

Sept 25: Application and Transcripts due to kellingson57@gmail.com.

Sept 30, 5 to 7 PM: Long-term exchange program interviews at the Waupaca High School Library. Student and at least one parent must be present. Applicants will be called with a specific interview time.

Oct 4:  Deadline for selected Long Term applicants to register for mandatory fall conference.

October 17, 5 to 7 PM: Short-term exchange program interviews at the Waupaca High School Library. Student and at least one parent must be present. Applicants will be called with a specific interview time.

Oct 25-27: RYE training conference for long term exchange students. Student and at least one parent must attend.

Scholarships are available for long term exchange students. Students who are eligible for free or reduced lunch are welcome to complete a Scholarship Application Form.
