Rotary Youth Exchange

Sept 18, 7 PM: Informational meeting for students and parents interested in Long- or Short-Term Exchange Programs. Location – Waupaca High School Library.

Sept 25: Application and Transcripts due. To apply, use this online application form. Send transcript to Sandy Testin via email (sandytestin@gmail.com).

Sept 27, 5 to 7 PM: Long-term exchange program interviews at the Waupaca High School Library. Student and at least one parent must be present. Applicants will be called with a specific interview time.

October 9, 5 to 7 PM: Short-term exchange program interviews at the Waupaca High School Library. Student and at least one parent must be present. Applicants will be called with a specific interview time.

Oct 13-15: RYE training conference for long term exchange students. Student and at least one parent must attend.

Scholarships are available for long term exchange students. Students who are eligible for free or reduced lunch are welcome to apply for a RYE scholarship. The scholarship application is found here.
